FAQ's

- What events do people hire castles for?
​Birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, engagements, weddings, corporate team building, funerals, tangis, community events, fundraisers, stags and hens do's.
- How much space do I need?
​Our castles range in size from 4m x 4m to 14m x 6m and 17m x 4m so we have an option for almost every space!
- Are there any weight/height/age limits?
We have castles available to suit people of all sizes and ages from toddlers through to adults. Please see individual castle descriptions for age suitability.​

- Do we need a generator?
We require a mains wall socket to plug into - our lead is 20m long which is plenty for most backyards. If you do not have a suitable plug available, you can hire a generator for $150 which includes petrol.

- Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery within Gisborne City is included in the price.
For our rural customers (Mahia, Wairoa, East Coast etc) we offer a self collection service whereby you can pick up your castle the day prior and return to us the day after your event.

- What if the weather is bad?
We offer a full refund if your event is cancelled due to rainy or windy conditions. We will be in touch with you if the forecast is looking bad and will work with you to arrange and alternative date or venue if possible.

- Do local venues allow castles to be put up inside?
Yes! Please always check with your venue first but the following places are available Kaiti Yacht Club, Patutahi Hall, YMCA, Waerenga-A-Hika Hall, Girl Guides Hall, Gisborne Gymnastics Club, Ormond School Hall, OBM Club Rooms.
Other venues may allow castles outdoors also.
