Payment:
Payment is to be made either by internet banking or in person on the day of hire prior to the castle being set up.
There is a $50 deposit on all castles ($100 for the Inflate-a-Game range), refundable if weather conditions are not permitting (extreme wind or rain) or more than 5 days notice to cancel is given.

Housekeeping:
If castles are left extra dirty (lollies, face paint, mud etc) there will be a cleaning charge of $50.
Location Requirements:
Please check with the party location if you are able to have a castle there and that there is power available.
We require;
- 1 plug directly into the wall per blower (most castles require 2 plugs)
- NO multi-plugs
- An area free of low trees, concrete and uneven surfaces where you intend to inflate the castle
We supply the;
- Castle
- Blowers
- 20m Extension Lead
- Ground pegs

Let us know in advance of any low trees, concrete or uneven surfaces where you intend to inflate the castle.
If the unit you hire is damaged in your care, you are liable for all repairs and or replacement.
We charge mileage outside the city limits, please let us know if you are rural.
Bundles of Bounce Hire Agreement​

1. It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Bouncy Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to persons and damage to the castle.

2. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed.

3. A RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST SUPERVISE THE BOUNCY CASTLE AT ALL TIMES.
​
4. Please avoid overcrowding on the castle. Try to avoid younger and older children together.
​
5. Please make sure that the children are behaving in a respectful manner to avoid injury or distress to others.
​
6. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY RISK.
​
7. No food, drink, party poppers, chewing gum or wet face paint are allowed in or on the castle. If an incident occurs I would appreciate this being cleaned up as soon as possible. Castles that are collected in a dirty condition will incur a cleaning fee of $50 - $100.

8. ALL shoes, jewellery, glasses etc. must be removed before entering the bouncy castle.
​
9. NO smoking, hangis or BBQ's near the bouncy castle.
​
10. Please do not allow children to bounce on the front step, as a child could easily bounce off the castle and hurt themselves.

11. Please do not use the bouncy castle if you have any back or neck injuries, past or present.
​
12. Please do not move the bouncy castle once it has been positioned and safety checked by our staff. THIS IS A HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENT

13. Keep the children away from the blower at all times.
​
14. IMPORTANT RISK HAZARD - WIND - If the wind suddenly picks up and is looking threatening, please turn the blower off IMMEDIATELY so the castle can deflate. In the event of this happening please call Petra on 027 6938124 for further advice.

15. In the event that the blower suddenly STOPS working, please ensure that all children are REMOVED from the bouncy castle IMMEDIATELY. Please call Petra on 027 6938124 for further advice. We are happy to come and fix any problem that may occur.
​
16. The bouncy castle must be kept dry at all times, unless there is unexpected rain. If only a light shower please dry the castle off with a towel. I do however, allow children who have been in a swimming pool to towel dry themselves and go on the castle. Any deliberate or excessive use of water on the bouncy castle will incur a fee of $200.
​
This agreement has been designed with safety in mind for your family/whanau to have the best possible experience and lots of fun and laughter. Stay safe.

The person/s or organisation hiring the Bouncy Castle/s (LBI) will be responsible for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
​
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using the equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
​
Bundles of Bounce cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
